Your booking has been successfully confirmed.

Please note that your booking time is your scheduled arrival time. The cleaning service generally takes approximately 50–90 minutes, depending on the condition of your vehicle. Please arrive on time. Bookings are held for a maximum of 10 minutes. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may be moved to the next available spot.

• ESTIMATED SERVICE TIME
  The booking time represents your scheduled arrival time. Service duration is approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes, depending on the service selected and the condition of your vehicle.

 

• ARRIVAL TIME
  Please arrive on time for your booking. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to start with another vehicle, and you’ll have to wait for the next available spot.

 

• EXTRA CHARGES
  Prices listed are base prices only. Extra charges may apply if the vehicle is excessively dirty, has pet hair, damage, or other conditions requiring additional time or products.

 

• DEPOSIT POLICY
  A 15% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
  This deposit is non-refundable in the case of a no-show or late arrival.

 

• CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
  You can cancel or reschedule your booking at least 24 hours before your appointment.
  Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the loss of your deposit.

 

• WEATHER CONDITIONS
  In the event of heavy rain or extreme weather, we may contact you to reschedule your booking for another available time.

 

• AGREEMENT
  By making a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
