1. Booking and Punctuality
It is important that you arrive on time for your booking. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the service may begin with another vehicle, and you will need to wait for the next available shift. Please ensure you arrive on time to enjoy the service as intended.
2. Confirmation Deposit
A 15% deposit of the total service cost is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot. This deposit guarantees your place and covers part of the service cost. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a no-show. If you decide to cancel, no refund will be provided for the deposit.
3. Pricing and Basic Service
The prices indicated for the services are basic prices. Any additional costs or extra services will depend on the condition of the car and customer requirements. Extra charges may apply if the vehicle’s condition requires more time or resources for cleaning or servicing.
4. Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply depending on the car’s condition. This may include, but is not limited to, vehicle damage, special cleaning, or situations that require extra resources. These charges will be communicated and must be approved before any additional services are provided.
5. Cancellation and No-Show
If you do not show up for your booking, no refund will be issued. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure timely arrival for their booking. If you are unable to attend, you may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your booking will result in the loss of your deposit.
