The service time shown in your booking is an approximate time. Please note that the duration may vary depending on the size and condition of your vehicle.
- ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive on time for your booking. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to start with another vehicle, and you’ll have to wait for the next available spot.
- EXTRA CHARGES
Prices listed are base prices only. Extra charges may apply if the vehicle is excessively dirty, has pet hair, damage, or other conditions requiring additional time or products.
- DEPOSIT POLICY
A 15% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
This deposit is non-refundable in the case of a no-show or late arrival.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
You can cancel or reschedule your booking at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the loss of your deposit.

In the event of heavy rain or extreme weather, we may contact you to reschedule your booking for another available time.
